1、凡客户在我公司购买的所有产品均享有保修服务，常规产品质保6~12个月，经济款一年，工程款二年~三年，人为和自然破坏除外。
2、保修期内所有产品零件可保修。保修详情可咨询销售人员，返修产品或者零件的快递费用由买家承担。
3、所有灯具都是接单后才安排生产，很少备库存，打样交期一般是3-5天，批量交期一般是7个工作日，具体时间可咨询客服，因每个客户参数要求都不一样，一旦做好成品后，无质量问题不支持7天无理由退货。
4、签订合同后，买家需先将货款转入我公司指定的银行账号(加盖公章)，待我公司确认收到货款后，再进行订料、生产、发货等事宜的安排。
5、买家也可通过支付宝进行付款，对于金额较大产品，可与我们联系，将总金额改为部分定金。
6、样品建议使用快递运送，量大（超过20kg）建议使用物流，运费由买家承担。
7、客户在签收货物时请打开检查货物是否有（损坏问题）再签收，有问题请及时联系在线客服。
