   我司所生产的刹车油检测笔产品的外壳材质为纯尼龙料，相对于市面上的ABS材质的外壳来说，我们的产品外壳可以做到防腐蚀，因为刹车油具有很强的腐蚀性，而尼龙料可以耐腐蚀，如果是ABS材质的外壳，在实际使用过程中靠近测试探头的塑料部分碰到刹车油后，外壳表面会被刹车油腐蚀溶解，时间久了外壳会粉碎，不符合出口的品质标准，导致客诉退货。

 

The shell of the brake fluid tester produced by our company is

made of nylon material. Compared with the shell made of ABS on the market, the shell of our product can be anti-corrosion, because the brake oil is highly corrosive. Nylon material can resist corrosion，If it is an ABS shell, when the plastic part close to the test probe touches the brake oil during actual use,The surface of  shell will be corroded and dissolved by the brake oil. Over time, the shell will be smash, which does not meet the export quality standard, resulting in customer complaints of return.

The brake fluid tester is suitable for determining brake fluid quality.
Brake Fluid Tester is according to the variation of electrical conductivity to determine the moisture content of the brake fluid change.It through the light-emitting diodes clearly shows the degree of moisture. High content moisture will reducing the boiling point, and then affect the braking performance. Red indicates brake fluid need to be replaced immediately, green indicates brake fluid in good condition, yellow indicates brake fluid stays good, but is going to change.

4% LED: Water Content Water Content, H2O≥4%, brake fluid must be changed
