一、本店都是加工品，特别是大链条都要加好扣子才能发。要求当天发货的客户请咨询客服后再付款。
二、本店默认发中通快递，超重的货发安能快运送货上门。混批的种类多的会稍慢，节假日推迟。如果没有货的要电镀一般要三天左右。需发顺丰或急单的请与客服联系哦。。
三、本店提供加工服务，你可以选好链条跟扣子及要剪的长度给客服，我们可以收加工费帮您加工成成品，如果有需要可以联系客服（加工需外发，发货时间会延后）。如果购买链条请看好算好长度，按米卖的是没加扣的。如果按条算的话都是一般都是两边加好扣子的。如果是手提一般为40-50cm，单肩一般为100cm,斜挎一般为110-120cm左右。以上只是推荐，因为个人身高及包包所到的位置不同，如果要准确的最好自己拿米尺量下哦。
四、店里东西琐碎，而且实体店事多工人很忙，如果有漏发金额少于10元的，以退款处理。
五、由于我们实体店跟网店同时销售，客服有时会不在或很忙，亲们可以自助购物拍下付款就可以了。如果有问题可以留言给客服，我们会第一时间回复您的。
