01色差说明：因拍照的背景.光线.及电脑显示器还原度的不同而造成的商品色差和色彩会有所不同，不在可控范围内，不属于质量问题。商品以实物为准。基本都是手工加工而成，对色差及小瑕疵很在意的请仔细考虑后再决定是否订购。
02关于发货：买家下单付款后，我们都会在48个小时（两天）内进行发货，基本上在下午4点前下单付款的都会在当天把货物发出。（星期天除外）遇到缺货的我们会电话或旺旺与您联系。发货时都有专门配货人员核对发货单和货品，核对无误后并在发货单上签字后随货物一起装箱发出。
03快递物��：我们默认的快递是韵达。如需其他快递请联系在线客服。如快递不到或急需货品的请联系客服改发顺风和邮政快递。大宗货物须发物流托运的请和客服说明最近的物流公司地址，托运站名称。以便于您能在短时间内，距离较近的地点提到货物。郑重声明，快递和物流都不是我们能左右的了的，请不要以快递和物流服务态度和到达的时间长短的不满来作为对我们评价的依据。
04关于签收：货品送达时请务必本人签收，如家人，朋友，门卫等签收，一律视为本人签收。请务必当场拆开检查后在签收。如商品在运输过程中有损坏的情况，请直接向派送人员进行验证 索赔或拒绝签收。
05关于售后：自签收之日起三天之内如有质量问题请及时联系我们，我们会给出退货和换货的答复，逾期不再受理。如质量没问题，不做退换货处理，光凭自己不喜欢，和图片相差太大，不合心意，不满意或没有想象中的那么好等主观因素主导的原因，买家所购产品是不允许退换货的。
