• Delivery time: Generally, the product will be shipped at 18:00 on the day of purchase, while unconventional products will be shipped at the agreed time
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00
• Regarding invoices:
• 1. All linked products are priced before tax
• 2. All orders have delivery notes placed for shipment
• 3. If a 13 point value-added tax invoice is issued, an additional 13 point tax is required
• 4. For general invoices, no additional points are required. Please provide your company's invoicing information and email address directly
• 5. Please remind us to issue an invoice after receiving confirmation of the product. Once the invoice is issued, the product cannot be returned or exchanged again
• 3. Due to tax related requirements (limit on the total number of monthly invoices), the single invoice amount needs to be above 2000 yuan. Multiple cumulative invoices can be issued together. We apologize for any inconvenience caused
